The Bleuprint Program, also known as The Bleuprint Sisterhood, is a transformative mentorship initiative by Sigma Bleu Xi, designed to empower young women with the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed in entrepreneurship and leadership. Through our Big Sister, Little Sister initiative, the program pairs mentees with experienced mentors who provide guidance, inspiration, and encouragement throughout their entrepreneurial journey.

Our mission is to foster personal growth, create lifelong connections, and empower young women to embrace their entrepreneurial spirit. The Bleuprint Program is a space where mentees are inspired to discover their passions, build confidence, and develop essential business skills while forming lasting relationships with fellow mentees and mentors.
